I found some interesting Saigon pics in my search for M37 pictures. Mustang and a Scout. We saw that the US Govt brought Broncos over in limited numbers and here we have a scout.

More interested in the 4cv taxi. Obviously lots of French vehicles in Vietnam during that era. Citroens, Renaults, Mobylettes and Velosolex mopeds.

Im off work now but I work around the clock on shows and make up for it. We do long hours. I have two overlapping shows starting the 20th.

Yeah I do see tons of French cars. I did see the front of a scout peeking out from behind a plane at some airstrip, maybe CIA haha. The Mustang was a bit of a surprise.

I was reading a book on the Korean War recently, and one of the early targets reported destroyed by Navy flight crews in 1950 was a 1948 Chevrolet convertible with a black top.
